Frequently Asked Questions
1. Training & Behaviour Questions
Q:What types of dogs do you work with?
A:I work with dogs of all breeds, ages, and sizes, including reactive or aggressive dogs and those with high prey drives.
Q:What is a behavioural consultation? A:A one-on-one session where I assess your dog’s behaviour, identify triggers, and create a personalised plan to improve safety, obedience, and your bond.
Q:How long before I see results? A:Progress depends on your dog’s history and consistency in training, but most clients see noticeable improvements within 2–3 weeks.
2. E-Collar Training Questions
Q:Is E-collar training safe? A:Yes, when used correctly by a professional, it’s a humane and effective way to improve off-lead recall and control high-drive dogs.
Q:Do I need to buy an E-collar? A:You can use your own Dogtra or Mini Educator, or I can provide a top-of-the-range collar for the course.
Q:Will my dog be hurt? A:No. The collar delivers a safe, mild signal to communicate with your dog, never pain or fear.
3. Practical Questions
