Behavioural Consultations

Lynsey Wilreid Dip CDB, MGoDT, RCDTBP

Book in for a behavioural consultation with Lynsey, who is a qualified behaviourist, (Dip CDB Dist, working towards KCAI via the Kennel Club) and comes with years of experience. Lynsey adheres to the CAWC code of practice and uses only positive, reward based training techniques.   She is a member of:-

  • The Guild of Dog Trainers,
  • The Registration Council for dog Training and Behavioural Practitioners

Lynsey studied under the renowned Peter Lewis and a completed a Diploma with Distinctions in Changing Dog Behaviour

She is also a member of the Kennel Club and is working towards KCAI Accreditation

Even at such a young age, Lynsey has over 20 years knowledge and experience of dog behaviour, gained throughout her lifelong relationship with her canine friends. She is constantly updating her knowledge with new techniques, but is a strong believer in Positive Reward based training. She attends regular seminars, workshops, courses and is currently working towards Accreditation via the Kennel Clubs KCAI scheme. Her specialised area is dog on dog and people aggression but also has vast knowledge of

  • Separation Anxiety
  • Barking
  • Pulling on the lead
  • Distructive Behaviour,
  • Recall
  • Socialisation.

Lynsey has a passion for animal walfare and helps a variety of charities to rehabilitate their dogs, two being Many Tears Animal Rescue, Animals In Distress and the British Dalmatian Welfare.

She has 5 dogs of her own, four of which are rescues but throughout her life has owned a variety of rescue dogs of varying breeds.
